Environmental group, Citizens for Pennsylvania’s Future (PennFuture) has filed a lawsuit against Ultra Resources Inc., claiming the drilling company is violating federal and state air regulation laws. The complaint, filed on July 21, 2011 in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, alleges violations of the federal Clean Air Act, Pennsylvania’s State Implementation Plan and Pennsylvania’s New Source Review regulations.
