On November 18, 2011, the Delaware River Basin Commission announced that the special meeting scheduled for November 21, to consider its draft natural gas development regulations has been postponed. According go the DRBC press release, the meeting was postponed to "allow additional time for review by the five commission members." The Commission's revised regulations were released on November 8, 2011.
