On September 18, the Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania declined to approve a debtor’s motion to reject an oil and gas lease under section 365(d)(4) of the Bankruptcy Code. The Court concluded that no justification was shown by the debtor for rejection of the lease.
