New DEP Oil and Gas Management Concept Paper Available

The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection has posted a concept paper, which outlines the proposed regulatory changes that were directed by Act 13.  The document is expected to go to the Environmental Quality Board sometime in January of 2013.
