On August 15th, the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court ruled that municipalities are not required to obey Act 13 while Robinson Township, a decision striking down the zoning portion of Act 13, is being appealed to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. The Supreme Court still has not decided when it will hear the State’s challenge to the Robinson Township decision.
