On September 15, 2011, Penn State Cooperative Extension will host a a web-based seminar examining legal issues associated with the Marcellus Shale natural-gas development in Pennsylvania. The one hour webinar will begin at 1 PM EST and will be presented by Ross Pifer, Clinical Professor of Law and Director of the Agricultural Law Resource and Reference Center at Penn State's Dickinson School of Law. Pifer intends review the various Marcellus Shale legal developments that have occurred over the past several months including the encompassing statutes, regulations and court opinions at the state and federal level.
